A project is never late. It arrives precisely when it was meant too

Projects aren’t always late on delivery.

Quite frequently, projects were late before they started.

Projects with an over-optimistic time frame, or as bad project managers like to call it “an aggressive schedule” AKA “we set the deadline with no heed to what needs to be done.”

You cannot fix a project that is late before it starts simply be decreeing that we need to catch up.
